This post provides details on becoming Lufthansa Cabin Crew.
Application process
You can apply for a job as Lufthansa Cabin Crew on their careers website online. The online application will require you to upload a CV, which should demonstrate that you have the qualities needed to succeed as Lufthansa Cabin Crew. Need help tailoring your CV to meet the requirements for the job? Download my Cabin Crew CV template.
If your application is successful you will then be invited to attend an interview. On the day of your interview, you will also be required to pass an English test and talk to a psychologist.
If you are successful at this stage, the next step in the application process is the assessment day. Here, you will be asked to perform the reaching test to make sure you are tall enough to reach the overhead lockers. You will be checked to make sure you have no visible tattoos!
You will also have to take part in group exercises to see how you work in a team and how you would deal with certain situations.
Training
Your training will be based in either Munich or Frankfurt and will last around 3 months. Before you begin your training, you are required to complete an online pre-course to help prepare you.
Your training will then cover everything you need to know for the job. You will cover customer service, emergency procedures, and safety. In order to complete the training and start your new job as Lufthansa Cabin Crew, you will be required to pass a number of practical and written assessments.
